My Story 2018
This picture is taken one year ago on Andaman. As many of you relate to my obesity, let me tell you with absolute honesty, this was the phase where I was the lowest point at my confidence level. In my mindset I always believed I can run faster, jump higher, achieve anything but the state of my body simply was so messed up, I used to feel lethargic even while walking for 500 meters. Please give 1 minute to your self to think. We all been given one body, one life, If we don’t take care of that also we are not giving justice to existence.

After 6 moths in my small journey
Well, just after correcting my diet which I will discuss in full details and some minimal exercise, I am able to achieve this physic within 6 months. And believe me this is not a rocket science. As I am IT professional, I can’t cook my own food, so I always eat outside restaurants. Sit in same chair for 9 long hours for work. Travel a lot with my friends. Despite all this being fit is just peace of cake if you get to know simple basics of what you eat, may that be home cooked or outside food. You will make better choices automatically. Your brain is way more powerful than you think. You just need correct information and correct knowledge.

80% diet but 20% is the will to be best version of ourselves.
Why taking membership to a GYM and get committed to workout just for 20 minutes can drastically change the way we perceive life. Yes you can get huge result by correcting your diet. And yes diet don’t have to be extreme , you will enjoy for favorite food. Simply making few changes in ingredient will have huge impact. But also 20 minutes of workout is necessary and perhaps most important aspect as you will feel strong mentally and you will demand clean food, make better choices for recovery subconsciously. Trust me this 20 minutes of workout will keep you in track for rest of the day.
